will give you a well rounded workout starting with a cardio component. A
conditioning workout will be incorporated using the step followed by floor
exercises and a stretch. Drop In.

Join Norm for this 45 minute upper and lower weight
training session utilizing the barbells. This program will be offered in the
studio using the barbells. Come on out and learn how to utilize the barbells.
