Intensity Guide - In living a healthy and active lifestyle, we recommend participating in a variety of classes.  Why?  Research shows a balance workout of cross-training will assist in minimizing overuse stress to joints and ligaments.  Please select the intensity which best suits your fitness level. Advise the Fitness Leaders if you have special considerations (i.e., pre/post natal, knee problems, etc.). Our Certified Leaders can accommodate your needs.

EARLY MORNING PILATES/YOGA COMBO!

For Everyone!

Join Certified Leader Susan Diachuk for this early morning pilates/yoga program which will challenge, condition and leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed for the remainder of the day.  EARLY MORNING

INDOOR BOOTCAMP

For Everyone!

This Indoor class in our studio will combine cardio, strength, drills and core exercises to work and train all aspects physical fitness.

Come on out and give it a try January 19th- March 29th (11 classes), 6:15-7:15am, Cost $70. Minimum number of participants 8.

 Pre-register with Energizer Staff. Registration Deadline January 12th, noon.

CORE CONDITIONING PLUS

For Everyone!

Come join Susan for this core plus more full body workout. During this class the stability ball, bender ball, bosu, plus more will be utilized to give you that total body workout. Drop In

BODY BLAST

 

For Everyone!

This step class will give you a well rounded workout starting with a cardio component. A conditioning workout will be incorporated using the step followed by floor exercises and a stretch. Drop In.

 

BARBELLS

For Everyone!

Join Norm for this 45 minute upper and lower  weight training session utilizing the barbells. This program will be offered in the studio using the barbells. Come on out and learn how to utilize the barbells. No Choreography.

 January 31st-February 28th. Please register at the Energizer’s front desk. Minimum 5 participants required. Registration deadline January 20th, noon.

ZUMBA

For Everyone!

Come join in the latest trend and workout to the best Latin music. Salsa, axe, Cha-cha, bachata, cumbia, samba, meringue, reggaeton and more! $$ Passes can be purchased with an Energizer staff, 4 pass, $28, 8 pass, $56, 11 pass $77. Session consists of 11 classes

MUSCLE CORE & MORE

For Everyone!

This class will include a workout for the full body using dumbbells and resist-a-bands targeting all major muscle groups. You’ll integrate strength and stretching exercises to produce long and lean muscles. Drop In

 

BODY WEIGHT CONDITIONING

For Everyone!

Come learn how to use your own body weight to improve the condition of your body. This class will consist of Foam rolling to improve tissue quality, Static Stretching to elongate tight muscles, Body weight conditioning circuits and various other soft tissue modalities. Drop In. Space is limited! No choreography.

KUNG FU

For Everyone!

Come out and find yourself pleasantly surprised with what this KUNG FU workout has in store for you!  No experience necessary! Drop In.

 

KUNG FU FORMS & TECHNIQUES

 

For Everyone!

This program is designed to teach students the technical elements and sequence of movements in Traditional Tibetan White Crane & Hung Gar Fu. A light warm-up & stretching routine will also be provided. Students interested in a full Kung Fu program are invited to join the Thursday afternoon class. Drop In.

KARATE

    For everyone!

Learn new skills as you achieve cardiovascular benefits by training in the Shotokan style of Karate.  Balance, coordination and mental discipline are key components focused on in the class.  No Karate experience necessary. Drop In.

 

SPIN

Beginner -Advance Levels

This class will incorporate both cardio and anaerobic aspects of training into a fun stimulating workout! Ideal for runners,
