Intensity Guide - In living a healthy and active lifestyle, we recommend participating in a variety of classes.  Why?  Research shows a balance workout of cross-training will assist in minimizing overuse stress to joints and ligaments.  Please select the intensity which best suits your fitness level. Advise the Fitness Leaders if you have special considerations (i.e., pre/post natal, knee problems, etc.). Our Certified Leaders can accommodate your needs.

For Everyone!

Come join Susan for this core plus more full body workout. During this class the stability ball, bender ball, bosu, plus more will be utilized to give you that total body workout. Drop In.  Note: This class will run Monday, April 9th.

BODY BLAST

 

For Everyone!

This step class will give you a well rounded workout starting with a cardio component. A conditioning workout will be incorporated using the step followed by floor exercises and a stretch. Drop In.

 

20/20/10

For Everyone!

Join Susan for 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 10 minutes of ab’s & stretching. Drop In.

ZUMBA

For Everyone!

Come join in the latest trend and workout to the best Latin music. Salsa, Axe, Cha-cha, Bachata, Cumbia,Samba, Meringue, Reggaeton and more! Registered Program (2 sessions) Session 1- April 13th –May 18th (6 classes) No class Friday, April 6th.

Cost $42.00. Registration Deadline, March 23rd. Session 2, May 25th –June 29th (6 classes) Cost $42.00.

MUSCLE CORE & MORE

For Everyone!

This class will include a workout for the full body using dumbbells and resist-a-bands targeting all major muscle groups. You’ll integrate strength and stretching exercises to produce long and lean muscles. Drop In.

Intermediate/

Advance Levels of Fitness!

This class will involve some running to reach the stairs in the river valley. Be prepared to work hard during this stairs class which will consist of conditioning, drills, agility and strength exercises while utilizing the stairs. Class is run on a weather permitting basis.

KUNG FU

For Everyone!

Come out and find yourself pleasantly surprised with what this KUNG FU workout has in store for you!  No experience necessary! Drop In.

 

KUNG FU FORMS & TECHNIQUES

 

For Everyone!

This program is designed to teach students the technical elements and sequence of movements in Traditional Tibetan White Crane & Hung Gar Fu. A light warm-up & stretching routine will also be provided. Students interested in a full Kung Fu program are invited to join the Thursday afternoon class. Drop In.

Learn new skills as you achieve cardiovascular benefits by training in the Shotokan style of Karate.  Balance, coordination and mental discipline are key components focused on in the class.  No Karate experience necessary. Drop In.
